LCD Digital Magnetic Hotplate Stirrer With 7 Inch Ceramic Plate (Model: MS7-H550-Pro) is an integrated laboratory device combining heating and magnetic stirring functions. Equipped with a 7-inch square glass-ceramic work plate, high-precision PID temperature control algorithm and high-performance brushless DC motor, it enables synchronous uniform mixing and precise temperature control of samples, perfectly adapting to various experimental processes requiring simultaneous heating and stirring.

Precise Heating & Safety Temperature Control System

The device is fitted with a 1000W high-power heating unit, with a maximum heating temperature up to 550℃, meeting experimental demands for high-temperature digestion, melting and other high-temperature required applications. The built-in PID temperature controller monitors and automatically adjusts heating power in real time for stable temperature output. The temperature control accuracy is ±1℃ below 100℃ and ±1% above 100℃. It supports an external PT1000 temperature sensor that can be directly immersed into the medium for temperature measurement, achieving an accuracy of ±0.2℃ and eliminating temperature deviation between the work plate and the medium.

The 7-inch glass-ceramic work plate features high thermal conductivity, fast temperature rise and uniform heat distribution. Meanwhile, it boasts excellent resistance to common laboratory chemicals such as acids, alkalis and organic solvents, resisting corrosion and damage effectively. The device is configured with a 580℃ overheat protection mechanism, which automatically cuts off the heating power once the temperature exceeds the safety threshold to avoid equipment burnout and safety accidents. When the work plate temperature is higher than 50℃, the "HOT" warning light flashes continuously. It remains activated even if the heating function is turned off until the plate temperature drops to a safe level, effectively preventing high-temperature scald risks.

Powerful & Stable Stirring Performance

Adopting a high-performance brushless DC motor with 10W output power, it delivers continuous and stable stirring power. It supports full digital speed regulation from 0 to 1500rpm with a speed resolution of ±1rpm. The LCD screen displays real-time accurate rotating speed and temperature values, ensuring repeatability of experimental parameters. Its maximum stirring volume (water) reaches 20L, compatible with magnetic stir bars up to 80mm in length. It satisfies stirring demands for most low, medium and high viscosity liquids in laboratories, delivering stable and fluctuation-free stirring to avoid sample splashing or stratification.

Convenient Operation & Intelligent Expansion Functions

Designed with dual independent control knobs for separate adjustment of stirring speed and heating temperature, it features intuitive operation logic and can be operated quickly without professional training. Equipped with a standard RS232 data interface, it supports remote PC control and real-time transmission of experimental data. It can be connected to laboratory automation systems to realize unattended continuous experiments and data recording, greatly improving work efficiency. The overall protection grade is IP21, which effectively blocks vertically dripping liquid from entering the interior, enhancing safety and durability in daily use.
