High-Temperature Heating & Full-Process Safety Protection

Equipped with a 1000W high-power heating unit, the device reaches a maximum heating temperature of 550℃, covering most routine laboratory heating needs such as sample digestion, solvent evaporation, and reaction system heat preservation. The 7-inch glass-ceramic work plate delivers high thermal conductivity and excellent chemical resistance, featuring fast heating speed and uniform temperature distribution. Built-in 580℃ hardware-level overheat protection automatically cuts off the heating power once the temperature exceeds the safety threshold, preventing equipment burnout and fire risks. An independent "HOT" high-temperature warning system operates continuously. The warning light flashes constantly when the plate temperature exceeds 50℃, and remains illuminated even after heating is turned off until the temperature drops to a safe level, completely eliminating residual heat scald hazards. It supports an external PT1000 temperature sensor that can be directly immersed into samples for detection, with a measurement accuracy of ±0.2℃, greatly improving temperature control accuracy.

It supports a wide speed regulation range of 0-1500rpm. The stirring intensity can be intuitively adjusted via a graduated knob, adapting to stirring demands from low-viscosity solutions to medium-viscosity suspensions. With a maximum stirring volume of 10L (water) and compatibility with stir bars up to 80mm in length, it fully meets the mixing, dissolving and reaction stirring requirements for conventional volume samples.
